Simple Action For the 1st 10 Days of Dhul Hijjah

Now that 1st 10 days of the month of hajj is upon us tonight, for many they make excuse to tied up in business and work, so they cannot do many good deeds!..but in reality they have something that does not reqiure much toil and engery.

The Prophet (صلى الله عله وسلم) said: “There are no days greater in the sight of Allaah and in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Him than these ten days, so during this time recite a great deal of Tahleel (“La ilaaha ill-Allaah”), Takbeer and Tahmeed.” (Reported by Ahmad, 7/224; Ahmad Shaakir stated that it is saheeh).

Allah says,يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ ذِكْراً كَثِيراً

“O you who believe! Remember Allaah with much remembrance.” (Al-Ahzaab 33:41)

Allaah also says,

وَاذْكُرُوا اللَّّهَ كَثِيراً لَّعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ

“And remember Allaah much: that you may be successful.” (Al-Jumu‘ah 62:41)

There are individuals whose hearts have never tasted the pleasure of sincere and humble meditation.

When it comes to idle talks, they are the most eloquent but when it comes to remembrance of Allaah, they are the dumbest of all people.

فَوَيْلٌ لِّلْقَاسِيَةِ قُلُوبُهُم مِّن ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ

“Woe to those whose hearts are hardened against remembrance of Allaah!” (Az-Zumar 39:22)

The Prophet, صلى الله عله وسلم said,

«خير الدعاء دعاء يوم عرفة، وخير ما قلت أنا والنبيون من قبلي

لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير» رواه الترمذي وصححه الألباني

“The best of supplication is the supplication (uttered) on the Day of `Arafah, and the best that I and the Prophets before me said is: ‘La ilaha illa Allah wahdahu la sharika lah, lahu al-mulk wa lahu al-hamd wa huwa `ala kulli shay’in qadir (i.e., There is no God except Allah Alone, with no associate. He is the dominion, to Him is praise, and He is over everything omnipotent)” [Related by At-Tirmidhi; deemed good by Al-Albani]

so lets not waste our precious time!!
