THE VIRTUES OF THE ACTIONS OF HAJJ

Imaam al-Bazzaar -rahimahullaah- reported in his Musnad [al-Bahruz-Zakhkhaar] (12/317/no.6177):“Muhammad ibn `Umar ibn Hayyaaj narrated to us: Yahyaa ibn `Abdir-Rahmaan al-Arhabiyy related to us: `Ubaydah ibn al-Aswad related to us: from Sinaan ibn al-Haarith: from Talhah ibn Musarrif: from Mujaahid: from Ibn `Umar, who said:

„I was sitting with the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم in the mosque of Minaa, and there came to him a man of the Ansaar and a man from the Thaqeef, and they gave the Salutation, then they said: “O Messenger of Allaah! We have come to ask you a question”, so he صلى الله عليه وسلم said:

<<If the two of you wish I shall inform you of what you came to ask me about; and if you wish me to withhold, and let you ask, then I shall do so. >>

So they said: “Inform us, O Messenger of Allaah.” So the man of the Thaqeef said to the man of the Ansaar: “Ask.” So he said: “Inform me, O Messenger of Allaah.”

<<You came to ask me about your leaving your house to proceed to the Sacred House, and what there will be for you for that;

and about your two rak`ahs after the Tawaaf,

and what there will be for you for them;

and about your going between as-Safaa and al-Marwah,

and what there will be for you for it;

and about your standing in the afternoon in `Arafah,

and what there will be for you for it

and about your casting small pebbles at the place of stoning,

and what there will be for you for it

and about your shaving your head, and what there will be for you for it

and about your Sacrifice, and what there will be for you for it

and about your performing Tawaaf around the House after that, and what there will be for you for it, along with the departure (ifaadah).>>

So he said:

“By the One Who sent you with the truth! This is what I came to ask you about.”

<<Then when you leave your house to go to the Sacred House, your camel will not put its foot down, nor raise it, except that on account of it Allaah will write for you a good deed, and He will wipe away from you a bad deed.

As for your two rak`ahs after the Tawaaf, then that will be like setting free a slave from the descendants of Ismaa`eel.

As for your going between as-Safaa and al-Marwah after that, then that will be like freeing seventy slaves.

As for your standing during the afternoon of `Arafah, then Allaah -the Exalted and Most High- descends to the lowest heaven, and boasts of you to the Angels, saying: ‘My servants: they have come to Me dishevelled from every distant place, hoping for My Mercy.

So if your sins were as many as there are grains of sand,

or as many as there are drops of rain, or as much as the foam upon the sea, then He would forgive them -or: I would forgive them. Return, O My servants, having been forgiven: you and whomever you supplicate for’.

As for your casting small pebbles at the place of stoning, then there will be for you, for every pebble which you throw, [expiation] for a major destructive sin.

As for your Sacrifice, then it will be stored up for you with your Lord.

As for your shaving your head, then there will be for you for every hair which you shave a good deed, and a bad deed will be removed for you on account of it.

As for your performing Tawaaf around the House after that, then you will perform Tawaaf having no sin upon you.

An Angel will come and place his hands between your shoulders, and will say: ‘Act regarding what lies ahead of you, since whatever has passed has been forgiven>>.”

5 Issues of Advice from the Prophet

Jabir ibn Samurah narrated: `Umar delivered a sermon in Al Jabiyah, one of the villages of Damascus northern As-Sanamin of Horan, and said: The Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم) stood as a preacher and said:

“Honor my Companions then those who are closer to them then those who are closer to them,

then lying spreads to the extent that man testifies without being asked to testify and until a person swears without being asked to swear.

So, whoever seeks Paradise should adhere to the Muslim community, for Satan is with one person, but he is far from the two.

No man should be alone with a woman, for their third shall be Satan.

The one who is pleased with good deeds and sad for his bad deeds is a true believer.”

Ibn `Asakir: Mukhtasar Tarikh Dimashq: (5/ 356) and Kanz Al `Ummal of Al Burhan Fawry (vol. 11) No. (32487).

“Where are my Neighbours?”

Allah revealed to His Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) to say:

“Allah shall call on the Day of Recompense: Where are my neighbors? Where are my neighbors?

He (the Messenger) صلى الله عليه وسلم said: Angels will say: O our Lord, who should be your neighbors?

He will say: Where are the people who used to visit masjids?”

 [As-Silsilah As-Sahihah 2728].

ISIS? REASON FOR MUSLIM BEING ATTACKED!…

Abu Dawud reported from the Hadith of Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) who narrated that the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said: “The people will soon summon one another to attack you as people when eating invite others to share their dish.

Someone asked: Will that be because of our small numbers at that time?

He replied: No, you will be numerous at that time: but you will be scum and rubbish like that carried down on a torrent, and Allah will take fear of you from the breasts of your enemy and last enervation into your hearts.

Someone asked: What is wahn (enervation).

Messenger of Allah (صلى الله عليه وسلم): He replied: Love of the world and dislike of death.”[ No. 4297, and Al Albany graded it as authentic in Sahih Sunan Abu Dawud 3/810 No. 3610.]

Scholars View and Advice:

It is not permissible for a Muslim to love ISIS

Shaykh Sulayman Ar Ruhaylee

The following is a summary translation

Question: O Shaykh—may Allah bless you—what is your statement concerning ISIS,that which is being disseminate by way of the broadcast, the television and the othermeans of communication; may Allah bless you.

Shaykh Sulayman Ar Ruhaylee: All praises belong to Allah the Lord of all that exists, and may the most complete prayers and blessings be upon the one who was sent as amercy for the creation; and upon his family and his companions collectively. As to what follows:

From the affairs of the religion which are undeniable is that all good, is found in that which was brought by Muhammad peace and blessings are upon him, and practiced by the companions, may Allah be pleased with them. As Allah the Exalted sent Muhammad peace and blessings are upon him as a mercy for all the creation.

And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a mercy to the worlds.(Soorah Al-Anbya 21:107)

He completed for him, the religion. And the companions—may Allah be pleased with them — understood the religion of Allah with a sound understanding. And they implemented it in an upright manner. Thus they filled the parts of the earth which they reached, with good and blessings, and the people entered into Islam in crowds. This was until there appeared in Islam a people, who began to sprout seeds, they believed they had a better understanding of the religion of Allah than the companions of the Messenger of Allah peace and blessings are upon him. And they believe they had a greater jealousy for the religion of Allah than the companions of the Messenger of Allah peace and blessings are upon him. And they are none other than the Khawarij. These Khawarij appear in every generation and each time they appear they will be cut off(disappear).

The first of them and the last of them are as they have been described by the Prophet peace and blessings are upon him. They are those with new teeth (young in age) with foolish thoughts and ideas, they will speak with the best speeches. They will recite the Quran while believing it is in their favor, while in reality it will be against them. Their faith will not go beyond their throats.

They will kill the people of Islam and leave alone the idol worshippers. They will declare everyone who opposes them to be a disbeliever.

Consequently whoever opposes them is a disbeliever, whose blood is permissible, and their wealth can be forcefully taken and their women enslaved.

One of them said during Hajj: ‘Do you see those pilgrims performing Hajj? Their number is about three million while there is not one man amongst them who knows Allah.’ (Meaning none of them are Muslim)

O my brothers: The Khawarij—meaning their fore fathers declared Ali—may Allah be pleased with him—to be a disbeliever, because he fought without taking the wealth or enslaving the women. Therefore this is their mindset.

And there is present in ISIS those who are from the Khawarij! Thus they have every description found in the Khawarij.

While others from them have some traits of the Khawarij. And all of them are in opposition to the Sunnah, harmful to the Ummah, turning their weapons upon Ahlus Sunnah, with the argument that they (Ahlus Sunnah) are apostates, and hypocrites, and killing them (Ahlus Sunnah) takes precedence over killing a Jew or a Christian.

During Ramadan; the Jews attacked Gaza and killed the Muslims, while they (ISIS) were in Iraq and Sham. Did they turn to Palestine to protect the Muslims? No, by Allah; but rather they turned toward the borders of Saudi Arabia; the country of Tawheed and the Sunnah; on Jumuah, the first Jumuah during the month of Ramadan, during the time for Jumuah prayer.

This is because they knew the Saudi military would be praying Jumuah. And they blew up a car on those who were present to perform security. And they entered the country to cause corruption but Allah caused them to fail.

Our brothers from Ahlus Sunnah in Yemen were being killed by the Houthis Rafidah while Al Qaaidah was present in Yemen with their weapons, and munitions.

They did not move, not even once to protect Ahlus Sunnah. Rather they mocked them and were happy at their loss.

Do you anticipate any good from the likes of these individuals?

They oppose the scholars, while the Ummah will not gain strength except by adhering to the scholars.

Thus it is not permissible—O brothers—to be deceived by beautiful speech. Because it comes in a hadith that the Prophet peace and blessings are upon him said about them:

They beautify speech while having evil actions.

They beautify speech while having evil actions. Now they are saying they want to establish the Khalifah, they want to rule by the legislation of Allah upon some of the Muslims; upon Ahlus Sunnah. They want to imprison everyone who opposes them.

So I swear by the One whom there is no deity worthy of worship except for Him, I swear by the One whom there is no deity worthy of worship except for Him, I swear by the One whom there is no deity worthy of worship except for Him! It is not permissible for a Muslim to love them! And it is not permissible for a Muslim to supplicate for them except for guidance. And it is not permissible for the Muslim—in whatever land he may be—to give them the pledge of allegiance.

My advice O brothers, praise Allah for what you are upon. Stay in your houses, and obey the rulers except in disobedience to Allah. And advise them using the legislated paths, and call to Tawheed and the Sunnah.

And you are upon good, inshaAllah.

10, 100, 1000 verses only?..

Abd-Allaah ibn ‘Amr ibn al-‘Aas (may Allaah be pleased with them both), in which the Prophet (صلّى الله عليه وسلم) said:
“Whoever recites ten aayaat in qiyaam will not be recorded as one of the forgetful.

Whoever recites a hundred aayaat in qiyaam will be recorded as one of the devout [???],

and whoever prays a thousand aayaat in qiyaam will be recorded as one of the muqantareen (those who pile up good deeds).” (Reported by Abu Dawood and Ibn Hibbaan. It is a hasan report. Saheeh al-Targheeb, 635).

“You cannot get past me”

Abu Hurairah (Radia-Allaahu ‘anhu) narrated that the Mes- senger of Allaah (Salla-Allaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said: “The deceased can hear their footsteps as they depart from him (in the cemetery).

If he was a believer, prayer stands by his head, fasting stands to his right, Zakaah stands to his left and good deeds such as honesty, upholding ties of kin- ship and treating people kindly, stand at his feet.

He is approached from the direction of his head, and the prayer says, “You cannot get past me.”

Then he is approached from the right, and fasting says, “You cannot get past me.”

Then he is approached from the left, and Zakaah says, “You cannot get past me.”

Then he is approached from the direction of his feet, and his good deeds such as honesty, upholding ties of kinship and treating people kindly say, “You cannot get past me.”

Then it is said to him, “Sit up,” and he sits up.

Then the sun is made to appear to him as if it is about to set, and it is said to him, “Who is this man who was among you? What do you say about him?”

He says, “Let me pray.”

They say, “You will do that, but tell us about what we asked you about.”

He says, “What did you ask me about?”

They say, “What do you say about this man who was among you? What is your testimony concerning him?”

He says, “I bear witness that he is the Messenger of Allaah, and that he brought the truth from Allaah.”

It is said to him, “In this belief you lived and in this belief you died, and in this belief you will be resurrected, InshaAllaah.”

Then one of the gates of Paradise is opened for him, and it is said to him, “That is your place therein, and what Allaah has prepared for you therein,” and his joy and happiness increase.

Then one of the gates of Hell is opened for him, and it is said, “That was your place therein and what Allaah has prepared for you therein (if you had disobeyed Allaah),” and his joy and happiness increase.

Then his grave is expanded for him by seventy cubits, and it is illuminated for him, and his body is put back as it was, and his soul is placed in Nasm at-Teeb, which is a bird that perches in a tree in Paradise.” [Abu Haatim in his Saheeh]

First thing the worshipper will be called to account on day judgement!

It was narrated that Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Messenger of Allaah

“The first deed for which a person will be brought to account on the Day of Resurrection will be his prayer. If it is good then he will have prospered and succeeded, but if it is bad then he will be doomed and have lost. If anything is lacking from his obligatory prayers, the Lord will say, ‘Look and see whether My slave did any voluntary prayers, and make up the shortfall in his obligatory prayers from that.’ Then all his deeds will be dealt with likewise.”
